Monitoring solutions for distillers
Fermentation monitoring, level and alcohol content control – these inspection and inventory requirements have now become mandatory for distillers.
Onafis has developed solutions geared specifically to your profession that safeguard these stages and offer you a more comfortable working environment.
Fermentation monitoring
Automated fermentation kinetics
Monitor your fermentation kinetics in real-time using Densios, the automatic floating density meter that continuously measures the density and temperature of your tanks
- A probe placed in the tank that can be adapted to suit all vessels and types of spirit
- An accurate reading based on your desired measurement frequency
- Automated plotting of fermentation kinetics
- A tool coupled with a digital management and analysis interface
- Customisable alerts depending on your fermentation formulae.
Save time compared with manual readings, anticipate sluggish fermentations remotely and plan your operations using reliable, accurate data.
The fermentation probes
Densios
Your tank is fitted with a connector to remove the data (plato, brix… and temperature) measured by the sensor floating in your juice.
Densios allows you to secure the fermentation stages before distillation and to automate readings, providing you with a more comfortable working environment
Internal and external temperature
Density
Inventory monitoring
Automation of level and alcohol content measurements.
Follow ONAFIS so that you can become the first early adopters of this simple and effective innovation.
Maturation monitoring
Mapping
Using cellar mapping, identify micro-climates and gain a better understanding and control over the environment in your cellar so that you can optimise evaporation loss and save on energy usage.
Maturation probes
The B-Atmos probe
Internal and external temperature
Identification of micro-climates
Hygrometry
Map your cellar and control its environment.
Onafis bungs measure the winery environment and the development of the wine during the maturation phase.
Receive mapping of your winery to gain a better understanding of its micro-climates and optimise your cellar.
In addition to a climate report on your winery, we allow you to manage your cellar’s environment (temperature and humidity) through the wine itself.
Results show an estimated 30% saving in our customers’ expenditure and a gain of 10 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, or more than 5,000 m3. The volume of CO2 equates to two Olympic-sized swimming pools or 167 tankers, 1 million footballs or 22,222 barrels of wine containing 225 litres. By automatically managing air-conditioning in your winery, you can address CSR, quality and safety issues.

Frequently asked questions
Perhaps we can answer your questions
Do Onafis solutions need to be recalibrated?
Onafis has secured approval for its technologies from CEA Tech, with stringent tests proving that our equipment is long-lasting. The tests confirm that no recalibration is required for at least 10 years. Since 2020, our initial users have not needed to readjust their ONAFIS solutions.
My facilities do not have an internet connection, will this prevent me from using Onafis solutions?
Before any installation, Onafis conducts an assessment of your environment to provide you with advice on the best connectivity options to guarantee that your systems remain operational. We also offer bespoke IoT solutions like specific routers and boxes that ensure and secure your connection. We’ve got you covered!
What guarantee comes with the equipment ?
