Do Onafis solutions need to be calibrated?
Onafis works with CEA Tech which has validated the robustness of our technologies. Stress tests have shown that our measurement systems operate with no recalibration for at least 10 years. Since 2020, our first users have not yet needed to calibrate their ONAFIS solutions.
What can I do if my cellar has no internet connection? Does this prevent Onafis solutions from working?
Onafis conducts an audit before any installation to assess connectivity and ensure optimum accessibility for your equipment. We also offer router solutions and IoT boxes tailored to your needs that guarantee a reliable connection. We’ve got you covered !
How long is the equipment guaranteed?
Onafis equipment is guaranteed for life. As long as your Onafis licence or maintenance is active, your equipment is fully covered and remotely monitored by our staff.
I have limited IT knowledge. Will my staff and I struggle to use your software?
Onafis provides assistance all the way through the process, from integration to day-to-day usage including training and setting customised alerts. Our tools have been designed with professionals out in the field and aim to simplify your access to data so that you don’t have to look for information.
The alerts can be set based on your needs and sent by email, notification or text message.
